A variant from the town of Blora, positioned in Central Java. This variant is manufactured out of chicken (meat and skin) pieces which can be smaller than the other variants. It is often eaten with peanut sauce, rice, plus a traditional soup crafted from coconut milk and herbs. Unlike other variants, sate Blora is commonly grilled before buyers because they're eating.
